Employee Value Statements

One of the challenges we all face is communicating the value of group benefits to employees. Some employees do not understand what benefits they're entitled to, nor do they appreciate how much their employers are paying for them. Part of GroupHEALTH's communication program produces personalized employee value statements, BeneStats™, for employees. BeneStats™ total compensation statements show a summary of the employee's benefits and the employer's contribution to the cost of those benefits.
