Under GroupHEALTH's benefit plan, employers can offer a CostPlus Preferred arrangement which will extend benefits coverage beyond existing health care plans that do not offer full coverage for certain classes of employees and their dependents.

In other words, a CostPlus Preferred plan allows any excess claim amounts or non-covered items deemed eligible under Canada Revenue Agency regulations to be processed on a tax effective basis.
