Celebrating Partnership with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion

At the GroupHEALTH Family of Companies we hold ourselves accountable for embedding diversity, inclusion, and belonging in all areas of our work, whether it be with our colleagues, clients, plan members, or industry partners.

We are pleased to announce that we’ve become an Employer Partner with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).

This partnership provides the GroupHEALTH Family of Companies with a wide array of benefits to support our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B) Program. Our employees benefit from access to a wide variety of monthly virtual workshops, seminars, and live-learning sessions to supplement their Di&B learning. Employees can also explore and leverage the CCDI Knowledge Repository – Canada’s largest DEI online library that includes reports, toolkits, and resource guides to educate and inform.

CCDI’s Employer Partner Program currently supports over 700 organizations across Canada in developing and finding success on their DEI journey. CCDI’s mission is to help build a more inclusive Canada by bringing together and supporting people to become change agents through thought leadership, research, education, and action.
